When I’m feeling peckish for a little something sweet after dinner, this is one of my favourite quick and easy desserts to make!
Chocolate Mug Cake (😂 get it) by Clarissa @thenourishedchef. Throw everything into a mug, give it a stir and whack it in the micro! Done 🙌🏼
I microwaved mine for 30 seconds, used @mayversfood crunchy peanut butter (for extra crunch) and @lindt_australia 70% for the chocolate chips.
MICROWAVE CHOCOLATE MUG CAKE
1½ tbsp coconut oil, melted
1 tbsp coconut flour
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp cacao powder
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp nut butter (your pick)
2 tbsp dark chocolate chips
Crack the egg into a mug and whisk with a fork. Add in all remaining ingredients. Mix the batter very well. Microwave for 30-40 seconds on high.
