Need a go-to SNACK you can eat make in just 10 minutes! Say hello to these Chewy Tahini Bliss Balls by Meera from @plants_and_peanuts. Specialising in plant based foods, this babe really knows how to create some gorgeous food! If you haven’t seen her page definitely check it out!

These balls are perfect for lunchboxes and pretty much all dietaries, being gluten free, dairy free, nut free AND vegan!

CHEWY TAHINI DATE BALLS:
8 Medjool dates (roughly ½ cup), pitted + soaked for 10 min
½ cup rolled oats
½ cup desiccated coconut
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground cloves
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
½ cup hulled tahini @mayversfood
2 tbsp water from soaked dates
pinch salt
¼ cup sesame seeds, for rolling

Blend 1st stage ingredients in a food processor until combined. Pour in tahini and date water and process again. Roll the mixture into tbsp sized balls and coat in sesame seeds. Refrigerate for up to 1 week.
