If you’re looking for a QUICK meal, that’s TASTY and CHEAP, you can’t look past this chicken wings recipe from Anna @theeatinginproject
I had family over on Thursday night and shared this glorious meal with them. I paired it with a garden and grain side salad and, needless to say, there wasn’t a wing left.
What I also love about this recipe, is that it’s a chicken marinade that can be used on any cut of chicken…drumstick, breast, whole chicken, etc. Its quite mild in spice too so perfect for those who can’t take the heat!
SWEET SRIRACHA CHICKEN WINGS
1 kg chicken wings
⅛ cup sriracha
¼ cup honey
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp chilli powder
½ tsp garlic powder
Preheat oven to 175°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Place chicken wings in a deep bowl. Whisk remaining ingredients together in a small bowl. Pour marinade over chicken and toss in the bowl to coat. Allow to marinate for 30 mins minimum (overnight is ideal). Place wings on prepared tray and bake for 40 mins. Serve with a side of your choice (salad, chips, mash, roasted or steamed vegetables).
