I made a green salad today and wanted a creamy dressing to go with it. I found this one and gave it a go. It was delish!!

It was really quick to. I just threw everything into the mini mixer and blended.

Mix through salads, dress roasted vegetables, top nachos or dollop on loaded potatoes. The options are endless.
