For a simple and easy lunch or dinner this weekend, try this BBQ share platter from @taste_team

It’s one of my go-to favourites. Just throw it all on the barbie. No pots, no pans, no dishes! Simply bbq and dig in!!

BBQ CHICKEN + CHORIZO PLATTER:
500g chicken thigh fillets
2 chorizo, halved lengthways
1 zucchini, thickly sliced
1 red capsicum, thickly sliced
1 red onion, sliced
½ punnet cherry tomatoes
6 pita flatbreads @mebfoods_
hummus dip @chrisdipsau

Heat a chargrill on medium high. Spray the chicken and chorizo with olive oil spray. Cook the chicken and chorizo on the grill, in batches, turning occasionally, for 5 minutes or until cooked through. Transfer to a plate and cover to keep warm. Spray vegetables with olive oil spray. Cook on the grill for 2 minutes each side or until charred. Transfer to a plate. Cook the bread on the grill for 1 minute on each side. Thickly slice the chorizo and chicken. Serve with vegetables, bread and dip.
