RISE + SHINE GREEN SMOOTHIE
1 frozen banana
1 cup milk of choice
1 cup ice
1 tbsp cocoa @morkchocolate
1 tbsp peanut butter @mayversfood
1 tbsp almond spread @noya.nutbutter
3 small dates
1 cup packed baby spinach leaves
⅓ cup oats or muesli @tableofplenty
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. For a thicker smoothie, don’t over blend.
