10 minutes is all you need to whip up these delectable biscuits! Full of whole foods and simple pantry staples, they’ll be a winner in every house.

CHUNKY COCONUT OAT COOKIES:
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup shredded coconut
1 cup wholemeal plain flour
½ tsp bicarb soda
½ cup honey
¼ cup butter, melted
2 tbsp hot water

Preheat oven to 160°C. Combine all dry ingredients in a mixing bowl. Add wet ingredients and mix well. If a little dry, add 1-2 tbsp water. Spoon out 10 cookies onto a lined tray and flatten with fingers. Cook for 20 minutes or until golden.
